Hello, I’m Greg. I’ve been in the flooring industry for over 32 years. I was fortunate to be trained by Steve Williams down in Putaruru, who took me under his wing and showed me what flooring is truly about.

Through decades of installing flooring, my dedication and hard work allowed me to refine my craft—developing an eye for detail and becoming well known as an artist in the trade. Along the way, I’ve also had the privilege of training many apprentices, passing on my knowledge and passion so the next generation can continue the craft.

It has always been my dream to share my flooring skills and experience with the

community through a family-run flooring store. Today, with Better Flooring, that dream has become a reality. We are proud to be a multi-family business, committed to providing quality floors and genuine service to the people we serve.
